Combine several images into one PDF or Word file
We often need to send several pictures as a single file: photos of documents for an application, pages of homework, or expense receipts for work. One PDF is far easier to send and print than ten separate images.
PDF or Word?
- PDF: the best choice for sending, printing and official forms, because it looks the same on every device.
- Word (DOCX): handy if you want to add text or notes between the images afterwards.
Step by step in Cyanframe
- Open the images to PDF / Word tool.
- Select your images in the order you want the pages — page order follows selection order. You can add images in batches; each batch goes to the end of the list.
- Choose PDF or Word and click “Start processing”.
- Download the file. Each image gets a full A4 page, automatically portrait or landscape to match the image.
Tips for a clearer, smaller file
- Photograph documents in good light and straight from above to avoid skew.
- Mixed portrait and landscape photos are fine — each page follows its image.
- Large images are automatically scaled to a maximum of 2400 px, which is plenty for reading and printing and keeps the file small enough for email.
Your documents stay private
IDs and contracts are sensitive. In Cyanframe the file is created inside your browser, so photos of your documents are never uploaded to a server.
Note: the tool converts images into PDF or Word. Converting existing PDF or Word files into other formats is not supported at the moment.
